研究群成員慶應大學文學部史學系副教授前田廉孝、臺北大學歷史系教授蔡龍保、韓國啟明大學副教授金明洙，與相關領域的日本學者、韓國學者、義大利學者合作進行共同研究，2025年7月29日-8月3日於世界經濟史大會World Economic History Congress組織panel ＂Feeding the Empire: Food Consumption and Trading Patterns Across the Metropole and Colonies of the Japanese Empire＂發表研究成果。
