2月4日於「帝國鐵道史研究會」發表論文「『産官協力』による推進のもとでみる近現代東アジア経済史――土木・交通の事例からの考察」。

2月5日於大阪大學經濟學研究科演講，講題為：「Modern East Asian Economic History Under “Industry–Government Collaboration": Observations from Civil Engineering and Transportation Cases」
